At Wine Pole, quality and satisfaction are paramount. That is why we offer a two-year warranty on all our products. In this section you will find all information about our guarantee conditions, right of withdrawal, returns and lodging complaints. If you have any questions, we will of course be happy to help.

Warranty

At all times, Wijnpaal applies the warranty terms and conditions as stated on this website. We provide a 2-year warranty on our entire product range. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and in the following situations: inexpert use, (attempted) repair by third parties, intent or gross negligence, water damage and contamination. The applicability of the guarantee is assessed by Wijnpaal.

This guarantee scheme does not affect the customer’s rights under the law and the remote agreement. Warranty claims can only be made if the customer contacts Wijnpaal in writing or by e-mail immediately after discovering the defect, but at the latest within one year after delivery.

Wijnpaal is not liable for any damages to the customer or third parties unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Wijnpaal. Neither is Wijnpaal liable for consequential damages, trading losses, indirect damages or loss of profits or turnover. If Wijnpaal is nevertheless held liable, the maximum damages shall be limited to the invoice value of the relevant product or service.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal on custom-made products, as they are custom-made especially for you. Did you still measure incorrectly? Then please contact us. Together we will gladly find a suitable solution. Never return a wine post without consultation; always contact us first.

Not satisfied with your Compact Six wine rack or Wine Post Industrial? Then please contact us first before returning the product. In case of damage, this also applies. For a regular return we charge €6.95 for return and shipping costs.

Complaints

It is important to us that customers are satisfied with our products and service. If you have a complaint, please contact us directly by e-mail. We will do our best to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction. Is the problem still unresolved after our response? Then send your written complaint, stating your name, address, place of residence and order number, to:
