If the measurement of the delivered Wijnpaal is different from the measurement stated with the order, then please contact us.

Right of withdrawal

On custom made products. There is no right of withdrawal to custom made products, because the products are manufactured according to your specific wishes and specifications. If you find that measuring mistakes have been made, then please contact us. We will always try to help you find a fitting solution. Do not return the products without consultation. Please contact Wijnpaal first.

Complaints

It is very important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with out products and our service. If you still have a complaint, then please contact us through e-mail. We will do our utmost best to solve your complaint to your satisfaction. Is the complaint, after our response, not dealt with appropiately? Then please send the complaint, stating your name, address, location and ordering number, to the address listed below. As soon as we receive your letter, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. An answer relating to the content will follow within five working days.
